Turn your architecture into an asset. We forge high-impact exterior wall signs and premium interior dimensional logos that command your space.
Commercial Wall Signage
Whether it is the side of a massive distribution center or an elegant interior lobby wall, wall signage is the most direct way to claim your territory. SignForge builds wall signage that scales. For the exterior, we fabricate heavy-wall aluminum cabinets, towering raceway-mounted channel letters, and massive dimensional metal logos. For the interior, we laser-cut precision acrylics and brush fine metals. We don't just attach signs to walls; we integrate them architecturally.
Fabrication
How we build it.
Five disciplines under one roof — engineered metalwork, digital precision, and hand craftsmanship.

01
Structural Metal Fabrication
Heavy-gauge steel and aluminum are cut, welded, and reinforced in-house to engineered specs. Every frame is built to withstand decades of wind load, seismic movement, and coastal weather.

02
Precision CNC Machining
Automated multi-axis CNC routers carve intricate 3D profiles from thick wood, PVC, and composite stock with sub-millimeter accuracy. The result is repeatable, dimensional detail that hand tooling can't match.

03
Advanced Laser Cutting
High-powered lasers slice acrylic and plastic with flame-polished, ready-to-finish edges, and cut thin metals to tight tolerances. Every letter, logo, and inlay assembles cleanly the first time.

04
Large-Format Digital Printing
Commercial-grade flatbed and roll printers produce vivid, UV-stable graphics on substrates up to monument scale. Inks and laminates are rated for years of outdoor exposure without fading or peeling.

05
Artisan Hand-Finishing
Master craftsmen complete every piece by hand — custom color matching, fine detail painting, and meticulous finishing. It's the final layer that separates a manufactured sign from a signature one.

FAQ
Common questions.

- How do you mount a heavy sign to a stucco wall?
- We use specialized anchors and lag bolts designed for masonry and stucco. All penetrations are heavily sealed with architectural-grade silicone to prevent any water intrusion into the building envelope.
- Can you hide the wiring for an illuminated interior wall sign?
- Yes. We handle the low-voltage wiring behind the drywall ourselves or coordinate seamlessly with your electrical team, ensuring a completely clean, "floating" look for illuminated lobby signs.
- Do you offer unlit metal wall signs?
- Absolutely. Solid dimensional metal (like 1/4" thick brushed aluminum or corten steel) is one of our most popular products for high-end, non-illuminated wall branding.
